Timing for construction: There is no time limit for construction. You can leave the land bare if you want to for as long as you’d like. Billings, Montana is Montana’s largest city, and is about an hour east of these properties.
Nearby attractions: The town of Red Lodge is about 30 miles away. Red Lodge is well known for many outdoor recreation opportunities: skiing, mountain biking, and backpacking all go together with millions of acres National Forest, Beartooth Wilderness Area, and Yellowstone National Park! The Beartooth Mountains are the tallest mountains in Montana and Wyoming, and can be seen from these properties.
